The Exhibition takes place in the Exhibition Complex "Lenexpo", Hall ¹4, Bolshoi pr. 103, V.O., St.Petersburg, 199106, Russia.
The products or services demonstrated should belong to the category of luxury goods. Submitted Application forms are reviewed by the organizers to insure that the goods and services offered by the company are appropriate to the character and categories of the exhibition.
Dates and hall opening hours:
Mounting: February 7, 2006 (13.00-22.00), February 8-9, 2006 (09.00-22-00)
Working hours for visitors: February 10-12, 2006 (12.00 till the end of the event)
Working hours for exhibitors: February 10-12, 2006 (11.00 till the end of the event)
Dismantling: February 13, 2006 (09.00-23.00)
Exhibitors begin to mount and design the stands on February 7, 2006 at 13.00. Stands should be ready for presentation by 10.00 on February 10, 2006. All applications for basic and additional services should be submitted before January 15, 2006 (unless stipulated otherwise). The cost of services rendered after the deadline will be increased by 50%, and the organizers will not guarantee on-time completion.

DEFINITIONS
In the section "Terms of participation" these terms have the following meanings:
Exhibition - the exhibition "Elite Expo".
Organizer - the organizers of the exhibition "Elite Expo" - ZAO "Expocity".
Exhibitor - legal entity or individual person that submitted the Application form, signed the Contract of Participation in the Exhibition and participated in it.
Stand - an exhibition area given to the exhibitor (equipped, unequipped), constructions mounted on it, equipment and furniture. The stand dimensions are defined by three measurements (length, width, height).
Builder - the company that constructs the Exhibitor's stand.
