3.1 Stand location (choosing area for the stand)

The Exhibitor can study the plan of the Exhibition hall and the prospective place of the stand. The cost of the Exhibition services package includes an individual design-project and the subsequent stand mounting from standard exhibition constructions on the basis of the design-project. Additional design of the stand is performed at the expense of the Exhibitor.

The peculiarities of the hall and the place of the stand should be taken into account, when planning the stands of complicated construction.

Attention! The Organizer recommends the Exhibitor to look at the stand areas personally as not all the peculiarities of the hall can be shown on the plan.

The ceiling height in Hall № 4:

Hall № 4, first floor - 430-450 cm, depending on the place
Hall № 4, second floor - 440-450 cm, depending on the place

Maximum permissible weight load on the floor of the hall:

Hall № 4, the first floor - 2000 kg/m²
Hall № 4, the second floor - 1000 kg/m²

Attention! In all halls the mounting of stands located near the mounting gates and service elevators begins after 13.00 on February 8, 2006. Dismantling of these stands should be started at 9.00 on February 13, 2006 and finished in the first place.
