Flags, banners and other advertising elements can be fastened to the hall ceiling constructions only by the personnel of the Exhibition Complex. The Exhibitor should give all the materials including fixing ropes and plummets for light flags not later than 5 days before the mounting. The places of fastening are determined with the Organizer according to the exposition plan beforehand. For a better placement the Exhibitor should be present during the fastening of flags and other materials.

It is strongly forbidden to attach advertising materials and other objects to lighting devices, wires and cables in the halls and on the territory of the Exhibition Complex. It is forbidden to hang anything in Hall № 4 of the first floor.

The Organizer should issue a written permit for any video filming at the Exhibition. In some cases the permit for video filming is paid. In case of unauthorized filming a penalty of €5000 is imposed.

The Organizer has a right to film videos and take pictures of exposition as a whole, as well as separate exhibits on the territory of the Exhibition and use it to advertise the Exhibition activity in mass media.
