The Exhibitor can be accredited only if 100% payment of all basic and additional invoices for the Participation in the Exhibition is performed.

Every person working at the stand should be accredited, i.e. get a badge with an accreditation card that gives right to enter the Exhibition Complex during the work of the Exhibition and work at the stand.

The number of accreditation cards included into the cost of the Exhibition services package is strictly limited.

The badge serves as a pass to enter the Exhibition only for the Exhibitor's representatives who work at the stand. To visit the Exhibition the Exhibitor's employees can use one-time invitation cards or buy a ticket at the ticket-office of the Exhibition Complex.

The registration of the participants will be held from February 1, 2006 till February 9, 2006 in the office of the Organizer. At the registration the Exhibitor receives accreditation cards, a ticket for the formal reception on the occasion of the Exhibition opening (depends on the ordered package of services), a pass for car for the mounting/dismantling period, passes for the Exhibitor's representatives and/or the Builder that allow to enter the Exhibition Complex and the Hall during mounting and dismantling.

The entrance of motor transport to the halls is forbidden.

During mounting/dismantling period the entry to the Exhibition Complex territory is allowed only for trucks with mounting/dismantling passes to deliver or remove the Exhibition goods and equipment.

During the work of the Exhibition the cars and other transport can enter the Exhibition Complex territory only with a special pass given by the Organizer. The pass is valid only with the public registration number of the vehicle inscribed on it. Parking during the work of the Exhibition is allowed only in special places. In case of violation a fine of €200 is imposed.
