1.6 Insurance and responsibility

In any case the Organizer is not responsible for

• loss or damage of the exhibits and other assets belonging to the Exhibitor, his/her employees or people invited by him/her as well as for any losses caused by fire, explosion, storm, flood, lightning and other disasters;
• any harm done to the Exhibitor's employees, agents and other people working for him/her or invited by him/her, irrespective of the manner how the harm has been done.

The Exhibitor shall bear legal responsibility arising from his participation in the Exhibition including responsibility for non-observation of labour safety regulations and fire safety rules at the Exhibition in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Terms of Participation in the Exhibition.

The Exhibitor is totally responsible for the use of any forms of intellectual property on the territory of the Exhibition Complex during the Exhibition. The Exhibitor assures and the Organizer proceeds from this assurance, that he/she (the Exhibitor) has all the copyrights and allied rights for the objects used in the Exhibition and preserves the copyright, the executor right and the rights of the producer of the intellectual property products and that this use does not and will not create any liabilities of the Organizer to the authors of the products used.

In case the possessor of right raises any claims towards the Organizer regarding the use of the copyright and allied right objects by the Exhibitor during and in connection with the Exhibition, the Exhibitor at his/her expense resolves the conflict with the possessor of rights.

All kinds of insurance are done by the Exhibitor independently.

The Organizer takes the risk of civil liability before the third persons.
