To participate in the Exhibition it is necessary to fill in the Application form and the Contract that include the present Terms of Participation. The completed Contract and Application form should be submitted to the Organizer not later than January 15, 2006.
The submitted Contract and Application form are regarded as an official financial obligation.
The Organizer issues an invoice to confirm the accepting of the Application form. In case of necessity the Organizer sends a confirmed Exhibition area plan with the marked Exhibitor's stand.
The Organizer and the Exhibitor can exchange the signed copies of Contracts by fax and e-mail to discuss the organization and preparation questions efficiently. The originals of Contracts should be sent afterwards.
In case of refusal from participation and/or booked services after the submission of the Application form, the Exhibitor should pay 100% of the ordered package of services.
The invoices are due within 5 (five) banking days from the date of the invoice issue, if other payment procedure is not described in the Contract for participation in the Exhibition. Penalty fee for each day of delay is 0.3% of the total payment sum.
The commission expenses of banks and correspondent banks for money transfer are incurred by the Exhibitor.
The Exhibitor should pay 100% of the booked package of Exhibition services and have the original of the Contract. Otherwise the Exhibitor is not allowed to participate in the Exhibition.
If the Exhibitor violates the requirements of the Contract and Terms of Participation including non-payment of penalties and additional invoices, the Organizer has a right:
The orders are performed only using the sum transferred by the Exhibitor to the Organizer's account.
