The mounting of Exhibition stands in the halls begins as soon as the complete plan with stand boundary marking is done – at 13.00 on February 7, 2006. This work is carried out by the Builder's employees. The beginning of any mounting works before the marking is strictly forbidden. If the marking borders are violated, the Exhibitor's stand will be dismantled and the next mounting will be allowed only with the Organizer's written authorization. In this case a penalty of €2000 is imposed on the Exhibitor and all the abovementioned works are performed at the Exhibitor's expense.
Exhibits and exhibition equipment can be removed not earlier than 9.00 on February 13, 2006 and not later than 23.00 on February 13, 2006. A penalty of €2000 is imposed on the Exhibitor for the non-authorized removal before February 13, 2006. After 23.00 on February 13, 2006 the non-removed exhibits are transferred into the Exhibition Center warehouse and can be returned to the Exhibitor as soon as the rent of the warehouse area is fully paid. In this case the Organizer is not responsible for possible damage during transportation.
If the Exhibitor does not manage to mount/dismantle the exhibition stand on time, it can be done at night at the following price:
The applications for night mounting/dismantling should be submitted to the Organizer in writing.
If the dates of the Exhibition are changed or if it is cancelled for reasons independent on the Organizer, the Exhibitors will be notified in written form. In this connection the Exhibitor can not demand payment of damages.
If the dates of the Exhibition are changed or if it is cancelled through the fault of the Organizer three months before the beginning and the Exhibitor is immediately informed about it, the Organizer is relieved from any obligations to the Exhibitor.
