6.1 Additional equipment and furniture

At extra cost the Exhibitor can order all additional equipment and furniture from the Builder when discussing the design-project of the stand.

On completion of the Exhibition work the Exhibitor has to return to the builder all rented equipment and inventory in a proper state. In case of a loss or damage the Exhibitor pays triple cost of the equipment. The Exhibitor can not receive the pass to enter the Exhibition Complex for dismantling period until the rented equipment is returned.
