4.1 General regulations

If during mounting/dismantling works and the Exhibition itself the safety regulations, fire safety regulations and the present Terms of participation are violated by the Exhibitor, the Exhibitor will bear the responsibility.

All structures and advertising elements of stands as well as the exhibits and any actions of the Exhibitor should be safe for visitors, participants of the Exhibition and personnel of the Exhibition Complex.

Apart from observing the general safety rules during mounting/dismantling works, the Exhibitor has to secure the following:

• to perform the requirements of the Organizer and administrators of the halls based on the current safety regulations;
• under no circumstances shall the entrances to the halls and ways to the switchboards, emergency exits, extinguishers and other protection means as well as the mounting gates and elevators be blocked up and confined during mounting/dismantling period;
• during the demonstration of machines and devices with moving parts to keep visitors at a certain distance from them;
• if the Exhibitor's presentation requires the use of sound-amplifying devices or if the demonstration of some machines is accompanied by annoying sounds, the volume of such devices should be reduced in order not to disturb the visitors and other Exhibitors; the opinions of neighbour Exhibitors and the Organizer are considered when estimating the noise level;
• the exhibits and materials that can evolve harmful and dangerous gases and evaporations should not be demonstrated or used in the construction of stands;
• to provide rails with the height of 90 cm and more to the open platforms with the height of 1 meter and more and to the second floors of two-storey stands
• glass doors and any other glass constructions should be marked at the eye level;
• before January 15, 2006 to inform about exhibits that are heavy, unstable or require unconventional fastening technique and special safety conditions so that they could be placed in areas able to stand heavy weight. The exhibitor should provide safe use of such elements and exhibits;
• requirements of safety measures during electro-technical works and electrical equipment operation - see the paragraph "Electrical appliances and power supply"

People under 16 years old are forbidden to stay in the exhibition halls during mounting/dismantling works!
