4.2 Fire safety

The Organizer provides the general fire protection of the Exhibition.

To secure fire safety on the territory of the Exhibition the Exhibitors are forbidden:

• to keep any type of wrapping, packing and garbage at the stands; trash should be collected in plastic bags or boxes and left in front of the stand in the evening, if individual cleaning of stands is not ordered;
• to store any inflammable or burning liquids as well as cylinders with burning gases;
• to smoke in the halls and at the stands;
• to show automobiles with internal-combustion engines with a full fuel tank;
• to perform welding, soldering and other works and demonstrations that require the use of open fire or can cause fire without a written permission of the Organizer;
• to place at the stands and use in construction of stands the materials that are fire risk or highly inflammable or use the materials that resist flame retardants. The Exhibitor should fireproof all flammable items and materials used in the Exhibition and give to the Organizer corresponding certificates of fire safety as well as equip the stand with necessary fire-extinguishing means at his/her own expense;
• to paint the stand with highly inflammable paints;
• to store promotional materials and goods at the stands.

All the Exhibitors shall be required to follow the fire safety regulations and know how to behave in case of a fire and how to use first-hand fire-fighting means.
