6.2.1 General regulations
All works connected with power supply of stands can be performed only with the permission of the Organizer.
Standard characteristics of the electric power supply:
The Organizer and OAO "Lenexpo" services are not responsible for failures of power supply caused by damages of network and equipment outside of the Exhibition Complex. The power supply can be urgently cut off in case of damage and to prevent accidents.
6.2.2. The procedure of electrical installations and responsibility for it
All connections of the Exhibitor's equipment to the fixed switchboards can be performed only by electricians of the Exhibition Complex in the presence of the Exhibitor's representative.
Before January 15, 2006 the Exhibitor or the Builder (on behalf of the Exhibitor) should inform the Organizer about electric current features required for the stand work, plan-scheme of the stand with marking of places with electric power installations and lighting units as well as draw-off points of electrical appliances to the power supply. It also should be noted beforehand about any devices (refrigerators, aquariums, etc.) that require continuous power supply or three phase supply as special safety rules should be observed. It is forbidden to change any information in the given documents without consulting the Organizer.
The Exhibitor or his Builder can perform electrical installations only if they have a special permit to carry out such works. The corresponding certificates and the quality of work and equipment will be checked during mounting/dismantling of the exposition.
The technical service workers of the Exhibition Complex will control the condition and work of electrical equipment in general. The company performing the mounting of cable lines, equipment and electrical safety devices (the Exhibitor, the Builder) is responsible for their technical condition.
