1.5 Security and safety

For the time of mounting, dismantling and work of the exhibition a representative of every Exhibitor should be present at the Exhibition opening (11.00) and closing (during the Exhibition period, 22.00 - during mounting, and 23.00 - during dismantling).

The Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage of the exhibits and stand equipment during mounting (from 9.00 till 22.00), dismantling (from 9.00 till 23.00) and work of the Exhibition (from 11.00 to the moment of checking the stand by the guards). In the daytime the Exhibition Complex security service checks the passes and tickets of visitors and personnel at the check-point at the entrance of the Complex, maintains public order, provides outdoor security of buildings and constructions as well as safety and help in case of emergency (fire, etc.).
