The mounting of the Exhibitor's stand can be started as soon as participation in the exhibition is fully paid.
It is strictly forbidden to start any mounting works before the marking is done. See the paragraph 1.7 "Deadlines: penalties and additional services".
During the mounting/dismantling period one can enter the halls only with a special pass.
It is forbidden to attach any parts of equipment and exhibits to the ceiling, walls and other constructions of the hall without a written permission of the Organizer and without paying the corresponding mounting services.
It is allowed to attach information papers or exhibits with the help of adhesive tape or special hooks to the equipment of exhibition stands.
Use of glue, paints and other materials that can damage the surface of the rented equipment, is forbidden.
It is forbidden to bring woodworking equipment and saw-timber as well as to perform sawing, chipping and other woodwork connected with building stand components.
When planning the layout it is necessary to take into account that Hall ¹ 4 has 2 floors. Thus, the expositions located in the ground floor can be scanned form the escalators.
The Organizer has a right to replace, remove and take away at the expense of the Exhibitor everything that can interfere with normal work of the Exhibition through the Exhibitor's fault.
The Exhibiter guarantees to return the rented equipment without defects and damages that can occur during the work of the Exhibition. The pass to enter the Exhibition territory during dismantling can be given to the Exhibitor only after restitution of the rented equipment.
If any damage is caused to the equipment or constructions in the halls, the compensation three times as much as the cost of equipment, constructions and/or the cost of repair-work is demanded.
