1.1 EXHIBITION AREA

The exhibition area is rented to the Exhibitor for the period of mounting, working and dismantling of the Exhibition (see the paragraph "Terms"). Initially the exhibition area is in good condition. After the Exhibition is closed the Exhibitor should put the rented area in the initial state.

The Exhibitor has a right to use the rented area only in accordance with the Exhibition aims and topics that are determined by the Organizers.

The cost of the Exhibitor's package of services includes:

• Exhibition area with definite dimensions (according to Application)
• Coated podium
• Design-project of standard disposition of exhibition elements on the podium
• Mounting of standard exhibition elements on the podium according to the design-project
• Power supply source
• General and additional lighting of the hall
• Time for a presentation of the company within the Exhibition program
• Demonstration of the Exhibitor's video on plasma display panels in the hall during the work of the Exhibition (the video is provided by the Exhibitor)
• Publishing information about the Exhibitor in the official catalogue of the Exhibition
• General security of the exhibition area and the halls (see below)
• General cleaning of the territory and halls (see below)
